in Honor of Hispanic Heritage Month ............................................................. ..................A fusion of Tapas and Latin American Art


Latin American Art and Tapas
Tonight, a prominent law firm in lower Manhattan hosted an event to celebrate and honor Hispanic Heritage Month with a beautiful display of Latin American Artists curated by Artists of America founder Astrid Amaya.

CuisinEtc Catering and Special Events was honored to be able to create an eclectic menu of delicious tapas, all beautifully displayed with tastes and colors that compliment the evening of Hispanic art.

The array of tapas included ...

gambas al ajillo -- garlic maderia shrimp tapas

bravo spicy potato empanaditas
served in cherry red ceramic pans

breadsticks dipped in honey 
and wrapped with serrano ham

– spanish egg + potato pie
topped with spanish stuffed olive




gazpacho andaluz shooters
served in mini espresso cups
on a glass chess board





,pinchitos morunos - tender moorish lamb skewers
accompanied by  roasted pepper dip, 
served at room temp.


















































Desserts

long spanish doughnuts
with a thick, warm belgian chocolate dipping sauce.
,,apricots stuffed with rosewater scented marscapone
