cheese glorious cheese...a fundraiser on the upper east side...

Our client approached us to create a beautiful display of food that evoked the feeling of spring, nature and deliciousness... This was for a organizational fundraiser on the upper east side and many people would be stopping by to pump the machine up and raise money for a good cause.

enjoy the photos of the cuisinEtc culinary catering teams beautifully crafted breads and spreads table featuring an array of international cheese, pates and spreads along with artisan breads such as olive + rosemary ciabbatta, onion fiselle and the real deal french baguette from TomCat Bakery.

The amazing breads besides being delicious to eat also served as bowls for olives and platters for the fantastic cheese display.

fresh garlic scapes and vegetables from the Union Square farmers market completed the natural look the CuisinEtc catering and special events culinary team was hoping to acheive.
