Valentines dinner for two of our favorite clients

hors d’ouevres before dinner
..crispy peanut crunch crab cakes with spicy peanut sauce
served in a heart shaped mini plate

..petit potato samosas with lime chili jam

maine lobster mac n cheese with spicy pepato cheese
presented in a fantasy champagne saucer

baby arugula + organic spinach with pink grapefruit segments,
and honey bell oranges
crispy vermont bacon bits
and warm goats cheese
with heart shaped brioche crostinis
perched on art deco glass plate

Pomegranite glazed baby lamb chops heart infused with rosemary
presented with heart shaped Israel cous-cous primavera
and grilled asparagus
arranged on a china apostrophe bowl

baked Alaska - meyer lemon scented meringue
over vanilla bean ice cream
on a rosemary brown sugar shortbread crust
flambéed tableside
