Salmon Primavera –
filet of salmon brushed with honey horseradish glaze and layered with thinly sliced
yellow + green zucchini and roma tomatoes

Vegetarian Alternative:
Fritada de Espinaca
- Sephardic spinach-cheese casserole

East Meets West Salad Mixed greens, sundried cranberry
+ glazed pecans with Asian inspired dressing
Broccoli Salad with Mandarin Oranges
Roasted Red Potatoes with Artichokes, Brussel Sprouts

includes our Fabulous Signature Dessert Finale: “Rivers of Sweets”
